AG has advice for patients of Mishawaka doctor jailed for trading prescriptions for sex
We have new information on how patients of a doctor arrested this week can get information they need.
The Indiana Attorney General says it's up to the patients to write a letter to Dr. Charles Myers' office requesting a copy of their records.
But his office could charge you a fee for the copy.
The Mishawaka doctor is accused of trading prescriptions for sex.
Prosecutors charged the family doctor and his daughter, an office manager at the practice, with illegally dealing prescription drugs.
Even though his license to practice is suspended, his office can still be open.
